Welcome to Soledad Studios! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and photography services.

Booking & Payment

A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date.
Full payment is due by the day of your session unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are accepted via credit card, PayPal, Zelle, or other approved methods.

Image Delivery

Edited digital images will be delivered via a private online gallery within 2–3 weeks unless otherwise specified.
Clients may download images and order prints from the gallery or use a lab of their choice.
Image selection is final upon download; no unedited RAW files are provided.

Usage Rights

Soledad Studios retains the copyright to all images.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-commercial license to use images for personal use (e.g., social media, prints).
Commercial or third-party use (e.g., advertising) requires written permission and may incur additional licensing fees.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule due to illness, weather, or unforeseen events, please notify us as soon as possible. We’ll make every effort to accommodate.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for loss or damage to your digital files due to user error or unforeseen circumstances after delivery. In rare cases of equipment failure or other circumstances beyond our control, our liability is limited to a refund or re-shoot.
